OneVerify User Guide

Overview

OneVerify is Nirvana's eligibility workflow management platform. With OneVerify, users are able to run eligibility checks, produce reports with intelligent denial risks and other alerts, search for past checks, override our API values directly, and assign and manage tasks.

• Account Setup — Create your account, add users, and configure multi-factor authentication and payer rates.
• Coverage Checker — The quickest way to verify patient coverage across our different check types (Standard, Discover, Smart Scan, Medicaid). This can be done patient by patient, or in bulk via CSV upload.
• Reports — Produce and export reports based on checks you've made to prioritize work for your billing team.
• Search — Search your past checks, either by an individual or a specific payer or plan.
